Looks good so far. But I also noticed the file is a (.sims3pack) file. Not sure if there are other files in the (.rar) or not. But if that is the file, then it goes in the Downloads folder along with your other (.sims3pack) files and must be installed via the launcher. Only (.package) files go in the Mods/Packages folder. Those do not have to be installed via the launcher.
Edit: I would so use Custard on that before I installed it! Just an fyi. :wink:
