Well the reason I have the little icon on my resource file is because I have it open with notepad. If you have your folders setup correctly, then the only thing I can think of is that it is a mod/cc that's out of date and needs to be removed. Other than that I'm at a loss. :? Especially since that is the new official folder that EA recognizes.
