Last night, I came back to this post, installed yet another resource.cfg and at all, I have all my hairs and things!!!! Thank God that this is a short work week, because I can now go about populating my empty new game and get some quality sim time in! I don't know what the difference was this time around because I know I'd done everything right the other times but between monkey bars and this particular resource.cfg, it finally kicked in and worked for me! I just want to say thanks! :mrgreen:
Yeah if your installing the new way you would need the new resource.cfg file to make the Mods/Packages folder work correctly. Glad you can finally start to enjoy your game. :mrgreen:
