Okay now I'm confused. I was going to ask earlier but I didn't. Are you sure you're running XP? If you have .NET Framework 4 that leads me to believe your running Windows 7. Please confirm your OS. Better yet post your DxDiag. Just go to the start button, click run, type dxdiag in the box and hit okay. I don't need the whole thing I just want the first part that says what your Operating System is.
