I have collected myself: (Taking a break from other postings ;) )
These are the cachefiles you can delete ones in a while:
CASPartCache.package
compositorCache.package
scriptCache.package
simCompositorCache.package
socialCache.package
Folders, its internals, there is one folder;
DCBackup do
not delete the file called
ccmerged.package -Other than that one, You will get plenty of free space. (Basically backups of 'non-essential programmers zealousness').
In the folders:
The folder 'Thumbnails'. Delete anything in it, that is EA Sim-store. Just get rid of whatever is in there, it won't make much difference, but...
-TL;DR DCBackup, except ccmerged.package.
