how to recover previously
My previous laptop has my Sims 3 expansion packs and I want to load them on my new laptop. please explain what I need to do to fix this. Many thanks

All you need to do is download Origin on your new laptop, sign in to your Origin account and download the Sims 3 and the other expansions you've purchased!
