How to run and install the Sims 3 on Windows by Origin?

I have a trouble. The Sims 3 have sometimes been installed on my computer and I was able to play it, but now when I bought new game (because I had to uninstall all of these games), I tried to install the new one and it's not working. The game is original and I don't know what's wrong. When I update it, it doesn't work, it shows me a notificate like "There happened a trouble during running the game. Check the trouble in newscast". I tried to not update it until I install an expansion pack, but even then it doesn't want to run at all. Can somebody help me?
