@nadabouarir my knowledge on specs is shocking, so just going to tag @CodySimstein and @rumbutter in here (if you guys could take a look, it'd be really appreciated)
With restoring a backup, just follow these steps 🙂 Let's say your save is called Sunsetvalley
- go to documents : electronicarts : sims3 : saves
- You will see two files - Sunsetvalley.sims3 and Sunsetvally.sims3.backup
- Rename (right click on the file) Sunsetvally.sims3 to Sunsetvally.sims31234 (just change the name basically)
- Now rename Sunsetvalley.sims3.backup to Sunsetvalley.sims3.backup
- (If you want) Rename Sunsetvally.sims31234 to Sunsetvalley.sims3.backup
- When you launch the game you will now be launching a backup
thank you so much for your help
i renamed the files and i hope the guys you taged will help me too 🙂 thanks again :D

your processor is 1.50GHz is a wee bit below the recommended 2.00GHz is the minimum recommended by EA BUT i would even go as far as to say 2.4GHz and up simply because IMO the 2.00GHz is base game and doesn't allow for the added expansion/stuff packs (if any ) and store items so your processor maybe struggling a bit

Don't apologise, it's good that you're asking 🙂
With the link that Rum supplied, what you're going to do is follow the steps on how to "save all information." You're then going to open up that text file and copy (ctrl + p) everything there. Now paste ( ctrl + v ) it in a post here. Just post it and then someone (ie, not me) will read it and look at it.
Going to leave the processor question for @rumbutter
