@Jazzy92211 You can buy a cure from the science facility; I think it costs around §6,000. If you have Supernatural installed, you could also have one of your sims make the Potent Cure elixir (not simply the Cure elixir) at level 7 of the Alchemy skill. It's occasionally sold at the elixir shop as well.
I'm not sure, since I've never tried, but it might only be possible to cure vampires once they reach the young adult stage. So don't be surprised if the teenager doesn't have all the options yet.
