I always receive the message "The Sims 3 stopped working".

I always receive the message "The Sims 3 stopped working". I tried to reinstall it, to change its settings... Nothing worked. I have Windows 10. What can I do?

    @biakd The only thing I can add is to update the video driver - it is from 2012. Good luck

@roberta591 I did all of this and The Sims 3 is still not working, but thank you a lot for trying to help!

@biakd The only thing I can add is to update the video driver - it is from 2012. Good luck
