@tiska589 The Reliability Monitor reports are from before you tried to install the VC++ runtimes, at least this time around, and they're unrelated to any attempts to install the runtimes.
Try installing the 2015-2019 versions instead:

They're just updated versions of the 2015 runtimes, and Origin should be able to use either, although it can get fussy.
If that doesn't work either, please open the same control panel, click "Turn Windows features on or off," and check whether .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4.8 are installed. They look like this in Windows 10:
(.NET 3.5 is at the top, in blue.) But I believe they're listed as "Microsoft .NET" in Windows 7 and are therefore further down the list. They're installed if the boxes next to their names are filled in.
And if you and I don't get anywhere, I'll ask someone else for help. This issue should be solvable, somehow.
