I am NOT happy with EA, how can I complain directly?

I bought the Sims 3 Starter Pack today, spent 3 hours struggling with the download and installation, and when I press Play it says my video driver cannot be found. I was told that I cannot install a new video card onto my computer because I have a laptop, and you can only install new ones on desktops, and was then referred to BUY a new desktop computer just to play this damn game. I think it is absolutely RIDICULOUS that EA doesn't make the system requirements for this game more clear- sure they have an extensive list of requirements, but how the hell is an average computer user supposed to know or understand what the hell they need to play the game? Not only that but their customer service is absolutely horrendous. Anyway, how can I direcly complain to EA about these things?
