FleCistA1032​  Can you download Riverview or another free item or set?  I'm wondering if those work where stuff you bought does not.

puzzlezaddict​ No, I can't. None of the items in my purchase history can be downloaded. The symptoms are similar to the world-loading issue I described earlier.
