I can not find the serial code for my Sims 3 digital download, it was not sent through the email
I bought the game on Sunday and i can't seem to find the serial code anywhere, i wish they would get phone support back.

Your Sims 3 Digital Download code is possibly available in your Origin account on the information page of your Sims 3 game. On the My Games page of the Origin application, hover over your Sims 3 game and click on the "i" button to see the information page.

I'm having the same issue right now. I did everything that you explained and I'm still having issues
some things have changed since this thread was made some years ago
make sure your logging into the right account if you have more than one account if you do contact CS to assist with merging your accounts
please also take note of the new layout in Origin
also please take note of the new manager if your updated to 1.69 when you launch your game make sure all ep/sp are ticked in
if the games are missing after that and or have the buy even though you own them already contact CS
