I can only play the Create-a-pet demo on origin even though I downloaded the game from a disc.

I purchased Sims 3 : Pets and downloaded it to my PC. It loaded to Origin but only allows me to play the create a pet demo. What is the problem? Me nor my sister can figure it out.

Did you ever download the Demo ?

Does it show in myGames on your Origin client ? It does not show on your public myPage.

Did you register the code for Pets ? If you bought the disc, you will need to register it to your account.
