I just purchased the same expansion pack today, the order confirmation link led me to input my product code in the sims 3 page. I assumed it was to download , but it sent me to a page for me to download plants vs zombies items. I then went to Origin and tried clicking "play" directly from the purchased expansion pack, and a window opened saying I had to "download". After clicking on "Download" it said I had to unistall the base game? I'm thinking Sims 3? I don't see why, if I haven't done this for any of my other expansion packs. I tried seeing if The Sims3-supernatural already appeared in my installed programs, and it doesn't.
Now I'm trying to chat with a game advisor and nobody ever answered. Help? 😕mileymad: - ApprovedAnonymous12 years ago
