I can't enable interactive loading screens

In The Sims 3: Into the Future, I can't enable the interactive loading screens. When I check the box and accept changes, the interactive loading screens don't work and I find that the box has unchecked itself the next time I enter the options menu. I'm not using any mods and I've already tried clearing the cache files and removing the options.ini file.

Could you check if you have this line in the options.ini:

enableinteractiveloading =

If not, try re-applying the manual super patch

I don’t have that option what should I do ?

@Milo_2106 What patch level do you have? The interactive loading screens were only introduced with (I believe) 1.63, when Into the Future was released.

If you're seeing the option in your settings but can't enable the loading screens, please follow crinrict's suggestion and delete your options.ini file, which is in your TS3 game folder in Documents.

If you have a different issue, please describe it more fully, so that I can try to help.
