I can't find Hidden spring and monte vista after installed
@Tongsanii First, go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads, and delete the Sims3Packs for the two worlds. Then open the launcher's Installed Content tab and uninstall each world. Download new copies from your purchase history and install them, one at a time. Then check in-game to see whether they're available.
If the worlds still don't show, try installing them into a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto the desktop, then open the launcher to spawn a clean folder. Again, download new copies of the worlds and install them one at a time, then check in-game to see whether they're present.
If this works, you can transfer your existing content to the new folder. You'll need to reinstall your other store content, in small batches, unless you have a lot of it and this would take a while; in that case, let me know and I'll write out a workaround. But it's still better to start clean, all else being equal. Your saves (inside the Saves folder), saved households and builds (Library), and everything else you want to keep can just be moved over. Here's a description of everything in your user folder, so you know what's worth preserving:
