@saberkittycat If you purchased Seasons through Origin you do not get a code as the pack appears in Origin already activated. Open Origin - right click the game icon - click show game details - click extra content - look for Seasons.

yeah i go into origin and navigate to the season pack and click download. However when it starts installing it prompts me for a registration code for seasons that I simply cannot find. :-(
@saberkittycat If you bought Seasons through Origin there should be a transaction history. Did you use a credit (debit) card? There should be a transaction history in Origin. You will need to contact EA customer service as this issue can not be addressed in these forums - link - EA customer service
