I can't get Dragon Valley to work at all.
I have been having nothing but trouble with this game. I got the Sims 3 and a couple of others to download no problem but Dragon Valley is nothing but problems. I insert the disc and go through the install thing but at the end it says that the game is already downloaded. I go through Origin and to the game but Dragon Valley isn't there. It is nowhere to be found. Once I have been able to get to the code activation part but when I put the code in it first said that the code wasn't correct so I deleted it and re-typed it then it said that the code was already used. This is just making no sense what so ever. I really need help.
you can't use the Dragon Valley disk as it is a store item DLC item you download/install that's why the game is asking for a game one to play if your game is stolen BUT if you registered your supernaturals you can uninstall the disk version then download and install the digital version of that game from your Origin account

also please take note the layout of the games has been changed in Origin
if your game/s are missing after that contact CS and or for the code related issue
