It's not there...and I forgot to mention, I brought the disc, I didn't purchase it online.
You do have a code with the disc, right ?
Redeemed it here: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html where it says: Redeem a code
Then go back to the purchase history and check if it shows up now.
Finally a thread that helped me. I had the EXACT issue. I bought the Dragon Valley Disc about 3 weeks ago and have not been able to get it to install. I would try to install it on my MAC. My OS was up to date and so was my game. Nothing. Thank you for sharing. The link and info provided helped fix the issue. I was finally able to redeem my code, which I was having issues with that until you shared the link, and went to my purchase history and was able to download. Thank you!! Happy Simming!
