the same thing happens to me, but i don't have the same version =( i really want to play supernatural except i can't without updating the sims 3 launcher which won't workk

My base game version is , 1.36.45.017017, i tried downloading the link u provided except it's not the same version as mine so it didnt work. i download supernatural on origin, except when i try to install it says you need to latest update on the sims 3 launcher,so i try to download it except it stops at the end, says some weird error type number and setup will now terminate, which causes my whole screen to freeze and i have to restart. i tried downloading this update multiple times and it never works, my operating system is 32- bit windows vista. pleasee help me =(

I am having the same problem I am getting a redundancy error ive been trying since Monday and I just can't get it to install I have the disc version
