I bought the Sims 3 world adventures in a bundle with the Sims 3 generations on origin. Like all Sims games bought on origin the Sims 3 generations registered automatically with my account on thesims3.com. However, my purchase of the Sims 3 world adventures did not. I attempted to manually enter the 20 digit code several times and each time it is denied. I would greatly appreciate assistance on the issue as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that if you bought the game off Origin, it is AUTOMATICALLY registered FOR YOU! To get your accounts connected, simply use the same details as you use for Origin.
