i cant register the sims 3

i had this problem yesterday and some guy told me how to fix it, but when i tried today it doesnt work.

i click create an accout and then i takes me to the enter your email with orgin, and i put "[edit: email address removed]"

then it takes to to a page and says "Welcome back! It looks like you already have an account tied with the email you entered. Please login or retrieve your password below.", and i put my password, but when i click continue it just refreshes the page and i have to put a password in again.

    Hello !

    It seems that you already have the origin account linked to yoru email address.

    In that case, you need to login to Sims 3 website using your origin email and origin password.

    Once there, if you have no persona created then it will ask you to create one. Once created, you can register the code you have on the home page by scrolling down to the bottom of the page.  There you will see the link " Register your game". Enter your code and the game will be registered toy oru origin account.
