I didnt get my little indoor water feature

I bought a little plant water feature for 25 and the points taken and I didnt receive it.

More and more errors are ocure with every patch.

My main avi has read books about bait for fishing and yet it does not show when I look what I need to use so I reread the book but still it is in error.

I have many issues including letter box and harvest of plants and I am now becomeing very nervous of even being conected to this set up.

I love the game and am very very sad and stressed about not being able to just play the game like I could with the sims2.

I was also about to buy more worlds but now am too nervous as a small thing like a plant for 25 was not delivered.

I rebooted and tied to see if it turned up but the problem is still there and no plant either so sad ☹️(.

I so just need to escape and enjoy the game which has been a joy and also now getting me down I wish there was easy answers but the problem is random with my witches and the plants.

But the letter box thing is thru all my avi's.

I am thinking I may have to deleat it all and now am worried that I wont get all the things I bought on line back ☹️(

I so need to be able to play this game with out problems and escape real life lols sadly.
