i forgot my email...

so I played the sims for awhile, and then after I didn't use it for a few weeks, it logged me out. I can't remember the email, ID or password I used. I tried to make another account but it wouldn't let me use the same product code. What do I do?

    @Obdisian Once a code is used it is locked to that Origin account. As this is an open forum for user by users accounts can not be accessed here. You will have to contact EA customer service about this issue.
