i have a pregnant teenaged sim that i used a cheat for and she wont give birth there for she wont work or go to school her grades dropped the cops came and all my sims do is scream what do i do

oh dear...hmmm have you tried to remove the pregnancy moodlet ? save your game with a save as new name just in case
to remove the moodlet, testingcheatsenabled true then ctrl+click the moodlet you want to remove or it's ctrl+shift and click the moodlet you want to remove one of those should work then turn the cheat off testingcheatsenabled false
Oh don't use a cheat thingy whatever you used, to be pregnant is you have to have someone you really know and love on sims and you can click "Try for baby" . That simple! And yes you can't go to school or work. Btw why did the cops come? And you should wait awhile until the teen is a young adult so she can have a baby
but the thing is that i cant make them give birth
@rxtzz1 Teenage pregnancy isn't a part of Sims 3 itself, or Sims 4 for that matter. The only way to have it is to use a mod that raises the game's rating, which means it can't be discussed on this site per EA rules. So I would suggest you ask for support on the site where you found the mod, or on the NRaas site (Sims 3 only) if the mod download site doesn't offer support.
