I have bought Sims 3 Seasons but doesn't allow me to add it
Hi all,
I have bought the Seasons expansion for Sims 3, but despite saying I have it in the EA App, it doesn't show up in game to add the expansion. Please help.

Me too. I've bought Seasons a few months ago with the same issue, but i no longer remember how to fix it. Bought a new computer and i'm trying to install everything again. Nothing works, from attempting do clear off the cache to run as admnistrator.
@cjbass and @brokesis Does the EA App think Seasons is installed? Please check in your App game library, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons. If it's installed, let me know whether Seasons shows up in the launcher's Expansions & Stuff tab.
