I have purchased Sims 3 but don't see the 64-bit version in my library.

The articles I've seen say it should automatically appear but all I see is the old 32-bit version, which it says isn't supported by my system. Why can't I see the 64-bit version?

  • @lmg428  This happens sometimes: the 64-bit version doesn't get granted automatically even though it should be.  You'll need to contact EA customer support for help.  Specifically request that the "entitlement," as it's called, for teh 64-bit version be added to your account.  This is simple for a support rep to do.
