I really hope so. I haven't made it to the library to try it again. I'll definately be going there when they open today. Going back and forth to the library and still no resolution to my issues is really frustrating.
- 11 years agoWell, it didn't fix the problem the way the last advisor told me it would. He told me put in the new code and you're good to go. That didn't work. I had to uninstall the game, then download it through origin. After that, it only took a few minutes to get all the EPs added. I already had them downloaded thru origin, just not installed. My game is working now, so I tried to buy the last two EPs of the game that I don't have, and my payment wouldn't go through. I contacted CS AGAIN, and this guy was a **not nice person.**. He first sent me a link to a 404 page, and I told him that. Then sent another message. And waited. Then he comes back with "looks like we were disconnected, I'm going to go help someone who needs it". I gave a reply back and told him that I was sending him messages that he wasn't responding to. He told me to just go find a store that sells EA game cards. Nice way to treat loyal customers. I still want to get those EPs, so I guess I'll have to get some help from a real person. Weird that after all the money I've spent through my origin account, now suddenly my credit card doesn't work. It worked fine at the liquor store on my way home.
I love the games but support is terrible.
