I need help. Sims 3 Pc Reedeem code.

So I bought The SImes 3 for ps3 a couple of years back and with it I got a code for Sims 3 Free for pc also. So remember this is a few years ago. When I started the Sims 3 Download on my Pc I soon found out it would be able to run it. Now present day I do have a pc with the correct specs and every thing. So I log into the account I used to get the pc version of Sims 3 but I can't find the game so i can re download. i believe I am using the correct account but not completely sure. How do i find the game in my account? I already redeemed the code and started the download but the history of my redeeming the code or of me even having the game isnt on my account help please?
