@katelynwstxoxo If you right-click the file and select Properties, you should see the file type, I believe in the General tab. The type should be "7-zip archive" or something similar, and again, you'll need a third-party tool to unzip it if you haven't installed it already. I do think 7-Zip is the best option for people who don't want to pay (and some that would be willing to pay), so please try that.
If the file doesn't have a .7z extension or its type in Properties isn't something like "7-zip archive," then it's not the correct file.
