I would like information about the sim 3 exchange

Hi I would like to start uploading lots to the sims 3 exchange but I am concerned because I have got items from the Sims 3 store and stuff packs and would like to know if there are restrictions to what my lots can have if I was to put it on the exchange.

Please can you help clarify this issue for me

I don't think EA enforces any rules that's why the exchange is such a mess.
I can't give you an official answer cause I don't work for EA but it would be nice if you'd give credit to any cc you use. Please do not upload bad cc. The exchange has enough as it already is.
