Ice Bar from sims 3 seasons

I redeemed my code but it did not download my ice bar, now it tells me that code has already been used. Please help me get this issue fixed.

There is a seperate leaflet in the case which contains the Ice Bar code 🙂

      si donde se encontro el folleto ya que yo tengo el mismo problema reserve y el bar de hielo ni los disfrazes me llegaron
