It would be best to head on over to the AHQ site as the EA developers would prefer to have all issues with the EA app posted over there. Plus there are already several threads over there about this same issues as well... :)
I will post both the Sims 3 and the EA app links so that you can go and take a look at both of them so that you can find if anyone has already posted a solution over there... :)
