just bought the sim 3 and installed it yesterday play few minutes, then morning wake up and got this happen

i try to click yes/no it doesnt affect then i click on the button to entered the game but only see black screen and sim 3 has stopped working ...
anyone know this happen please help me:mansad:
i update all my things like ie11 java adobe flash player, adobe air....
my lap specs intel core i7, ram 8GB, AMD radeon graphics 1.7-2.40 ghz....
because my friend said that sim 3 required a high specs
