Install SIMS 3 via Origin without registration code

I'm trying to install the SIMS 3 on my laptop instead of my PC, but I keep getting asked for the registration code. I've tried putting in the code that is actually in Origin, but it keeps giving me the message that it's the wrong registration code. Any suggestions how I can install the game after all? (If it helps, I purchased the game on disks and then put them in Origin, but as I currently live in the UK and my disks are all in storage in Holland I currently can't reach them)

    Where do you get the message ? When trying to activate on Origin or on installing on the blue window with the sims ?

    For Origin

    You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account
