installation of the sims 3 town life stuff pack

everytime when i try to install the sims 3 town life stuff pack it always comes up with 'exception raised, unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000000 at address 0x79c08a23. Do you wish to debug it?' and when ever i press yes and wait it does nothing. so i try to install it again and it comes up again
