Installed late night on origin, suddenly won't even open launcher

So, i bought all my sims 3 expansions on steam (sales, only that reason) and a benefit is that both me and my sister can play. my sister bought late night and supernatural, but both me and my sister playing supernatural worked like expected but suddenly when i installed late night to get a late night-based world working (custom content, Setra) when i tried to play sims 3 (pressing the button "play" on origin and clicking on the desktop links for both) it seemed like it was working for half a second or less then no error popped up and it canceled, it had no excuse, so that's an issue. maybe i can link a video...

will add later, hopefurly.

@simmymitz You are going to post more information on how you are trying to play the game. In this forum we can only help you to play if you register ALL your games in Origin. Where did you purchase the base game? What version Windows do you have?

well, i have mods and custom modelled content, but they worked fine until i installed late night. i bought base game from steam, practially all my sims 3 stuff from steam. only supernatural and late night are from my sister and supernatural worked fine. i don't know why installing late night on origin would also break the steam version which already had late night. weird things are happening.

i just had to remove stuff from my hardrive, and I DID NOT INTERFERE WITH SIMS 3, but sims 3 worked fine afterwards. but after i did that and installed late night (downloaded it) it suddenly won't open. myn hard drive still has space, but sims 3 broke.

    things are going weird.
