Downloading Sims

When i clicked on a sim to download it, a pop-up came up saying 'Launch Application' or 'Don't Launch' and i clicked the dont launch one by accident and clicked the option that says keep my choice and now when ever i go to download a sim, it doesnt pop up in my launcher!!!! This is making me really angry and i would be very happy if u help me fix this problem and get the popup to come back so i can change my choice.
