Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

well I tried to contact you and me and my dad where waiting ther for an hour like it says 10 to fifteen mins not a whole hour you better get a patch done or somthing then because that is false saying and that is illegel in my country anyway

your not contactiing EA people here on this form, the people on here are players helping players we do not work for EA nor have contol over the length of time it takes to be respoded to in the live chat ,the people you need to contact is CS as only they can look at your account and handle this issue for you keep trying

omfg so maney effing sites look when I did that witch said I treid to play again same thing happend and it told us to go to this site
