InstallShield error

I have been trying to install Sims 3 Supernatural on my Vista PC but it doesn't get past the InstallShield Wizard, which in fact doesn't even appear. The Wizard will load about four fifths of the way then stop, and an error message will appear, saying

'An error (-5006 : 0x8007045d) has occurred while running the setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: Electronic Arts (http://www.TheSims3.com).'

(I had no other windows open while trying to install this)

Then if I choose 'Detail' it shows

I have tried looking on InstallShield's website for errors but I can't find the error I have come across. Before this error message was showing up (On previous attempts), it would instantly load about a quarter of the way then fade and tell me it wasn't responding. If I chose to close it, it would fail again when I tried to open it again. If I chose to wait for it, it would just stay not responding, until, obviously, the more recent attempts where the error shows up.

Supernatural should be able to run, as I have enough room on my PC and also, I have the base game, Pets, and Sweet Treats, which although they can be slow and occasionally freeze, run well enough. These are installed in release order, as I am aware that installing in the incorrect order can have negative effects. The Launcher tells me that I have version 13.0.62.021001, and that that is the most recent update (As of May 28th, 2013). 

I do have Custom Content from the exchange, but none of it seems to be glitched. Any help would be thanked.
