Thanks for this information. I disabled the Interactive Loading Screen and the lag that I was experiencing is gone. I am not sure what you mean when you say interactions with dragons is only with regard to saved games. I am playing a saved game, and although my interactions with the dragons are slow and painful at times, they still work and I have had no freezing of my Sims when interacting with the dragons. I had this issue with the dragons before the latest patch and do not remember exactly when it started. I am pretty sure it was the patch before this one. I have noticed that my gnomes are not visible sometimes when they mess with things in the house such as the TV and radio, but they are quite active and visible around the house. As for my toddler's doll, it just disappeared and resetting does not bring it back. I can't rename it because it is gone and not in the toddlers inventory, there is not way to interact with it.
