Bug - the game won't let my sims into his dorm at Uni - he just sits on the main neighborhood view screen in the dorm he has picked out to go to and the check mark to start the play is partly greyed out.
This is with the patch and game installed.
I have all patches, all updates of any kind.
Have all eps, sps, and most of the store.
No CC or mods and don't ever have either.
I started the game in IP - with one of my own Sims I made in CAS.
So I ended up having to quit the game with task manager as there is no other way when you are sitting on the Uni neighborhood screen with the sim waiting to go in their dorm. I also did try other dorms and even single houses. Just nothing happens. It is not froze or anything - it just will not go any further.
I know Uni was working fine last week as I was putting another Sims through Uni before the patch and game came out. In fact that sim finished Uni the day before the patch came out.
Everything was going great, even loading up Uni went fine - but got to the screen to pick the place to live and that is where I can't go any further. This stinks as I wanted him degreed in Science before I took him into the future.
