Invalid Username/Password Login?

Every time I get into the game and login with my username and password, it comes back invalid. I cannot buy anything or do anything without logging in and the game will not allow me to do so. I tried different methods, including attempting to click "forgot password", but that page only comes up completely blank. Please, if anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thank you in advance.
