I can't log into my sims 3 account in launcher or in game yet my details are correct even because i can log in on the sims 3 website. I've tried the deleted my emailadress.bin file and wiping my IE browsing history. Is there anything else i can try? I've attached an image of the pop up i keep getting.
Cheesetalker If your password contains special characters, remove them. Delete the IE browsing history again too, and the .bin file if it's been recreated (probably not, but check anyway).

Cheesetalker As a test, please create a new admin Windows account and try signing into the launcher or game there. Make it local, as in, not linked to your Microsoft account or any email address. If whatever is blocking your sign-in is limited to your main account, this will get around it.
Your saves and other content won't be available in the new account, but that's fine for the purposes of this test and can be addressed later if you want.
