Is it possible to recover my old sims3 account and/or game code?

Years ago, I registered my Sims 3 code to a thesim3.com account. The registered mail account no longer exists and I can't remember the password. My origin account I used to buy the Sims 4 is under a ...

Hey, did you manage to get this sorted?? 
im having the same issue my email is no longer active but I can’t remember which one I used for it or it either doesn’t recognise it. Please let me know if you managed to figure this out! I’m dying to get my sorted
