@Lola18790 An ARM chip (the M-series chips, or Apple Silicon) is not required for 64-bit Sims 3. Your laptop's hardware (Intel processor and graphics chip) is right on the edge of the minimum requirements, and from what I've seen, you should be able to play with most expansions without too much trouble. I would suggest not buying Pets, as it probably won't run well on your system, but that's the only recurring issue I've encountered that doesn't have a decent workaround.
I would suggest installing the game itself—base game plus your EPs—and testing it before you go to the trouble of installing any Store content. Some players do have issues not explained by their hardware alone, and it's easier to troubleshoot those without extra content, plus you might find you need to reinstall some content anyway.
