Is there anywhere I can purchase The Sims 3 (base game) Collector's Edition?

I started playing The Sims 3 a while after the release and I was wondering if there is anywhere I can purchase The Sims 3 (base game) Collector's Edition...I ask this because I feel like I have to have the top model for every Sim game I get.
