Locks up as in takes mins to click on something, then a few more mins to click an action, then the sim walks at about 1 block ever 3-5 mins to get to it, yet the fire animation and fountain animation still runs smoothly
Have you thought about saving this family to the Sim Bin and moving them to a new town to test if the issue continues or would that not work for you? The only thing they would really lose is relationships with the townies. Have you lowered your graphics settings or updated your graphics card recently?
